Essentially a people's person, her strength lies in communicating effectively and reaching out to people. She has a vast experience in the field of Training. She has undergone an organized approach in Voice and accent training, neutralizing regional accent using phonetics, including Intensive Training in assessment of calls, both inbound and outbound for more than 300 hours. Curriculum Development and developing curriculum guidelines for practical training are her forte. She has participated in the 'Advanced Lab on Human Process,' conducted by the Indian Society for Applied Behavioural Science, the Indian associate of the National Training Laboratory, USA. She is a Certified Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP).
